Our Policies

Clear guidelines to ensure the best experience for all our clients

When booking in for a fill, we require a minimum of 30% of your lash extensions remaining on each eye for it to be considered a fill. Anything under 30% is considered a full set and will be charged accordingly.

💡 QUICK TIP:

If you can count your extensions, this would be a Full Set.

At Ebun Bloom we pride ourselves in the standards we set for our work. With this, we cannot guarantee the work of other technicians. When you arrive for your appointment, your technician will inspect your lashes. If your current extensions are causing any damage to your natural lashes, we will suggest a removal and full set. If your current extensions are up to our standards, we will proceed with your fill from another salon.

If you are booking online for a first time fill with Ebun Bloom this appointment must be booked as a Fill from Another Salon. These appointments are longer in time due to your technician needing to inspect your current extensions before proceeding with the service.

Our Mini Fill appointments are to be considered TOUCH UP appointments only. Mini Fills are recommended for clients who have an event or special date in between their regular fills where they just need a little extra to make them feel special event-ready!

It is important to note that our mini fills are much shorter in time than our regular fills. Due to this, there is not time for the maintenance that your extensions require - like removing grown out extensions.

Mini Fills are typically not booked any longer than 10 days from your previous regular fill.

You will be asked to provide your full name, email address and the best phone number you can be reached at.

If you are booking your first appointment with us, we require a credit card deposit to hold your time slot. Those without a credit card or who do not wish to provide their credit card number over the phone are welcome to come in and place a deposit in person. Your appointment will be confirmed and held for you once your deposit is in place. We will not be able to hold or make the appointment without the deposit.

Please allow extra time for traffic and to find parking.

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, Ebun bloom requires a minimum of 24 hour notice. If 24 hour notice is not given, we will charge 50% of the appointment to a maximum of $80. No show appointments are subject to 100% of the appointment cost. If you are unable to pay at the time of the offence, there will be an outstanding balance on your account that will have to be paid before booking any future appointments.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service/services for which have been scheduled. At Ebun Bloom we try to accommodate late arrivals to the best of our ability, however 15 mins past any scheduled appointment can be considered a no show and subject to the no show fee.

We will send you a text or email reminder 2 days before your appointment. This reminder will give you the option to confirm. However, even if you don't confirm, you are still booked in for your appointment. We do our best to confirm every appointment, however it is your responsibility to make sure you arrive on time for your appointment.

Here at Ebun bloom, our lash work has a 5 day client satisfaction guarantee. If you experience more extensions than normal shedding in the first 5 days after your appointment, please call or text us and we will book you in for a complimentary touch up.

For the safety of your children and as a courtesy to other clients and our technicians, we ask that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. Our technician's work is very detail orientated and involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Because of this, we do not allow anyone under the age of 10 years old to be unattended in our salon. Please understand that this policy is for your safety and the safety of your children. We want to provide the most glamorous and relaxing experience for all of our lovely clients!

If you arrive at the shop smelling strongly of cigarettes or other paraphernalia, you may be refused service.

We have team members that have allergies to smoke and perfume. Due to the nature of close contact services provided, strong odours can can be detrimental to our members and other clientele. We will be happy to rebook your service for another day.

Retail product purchases are a final sale. Should your product be damaged and or defected at the time of purchase you may return it for store credit and/or direct exchange within 14-days with the original receipt.

Aftercare Instructions

Essential care instructions to maintain your beautiful results

✅ Good to know:

Because we use a special serum at the end of your appointment, you are able to get your lashes wet right away!

Do's:

  • Keep your extensions clean by removing all makeup daily
  • Wash and brush your lashes daily with foaming lash cleanser to keep your lash line clean!

Don's:

  • Avoid steam rooms, saunas, and steam facials for 24-48 hours
  • Do not use oil-based face or hair products. Only use water-based makeup remover. Watch specifically for products containing high levels of glycols
  • Don't pick or pull your extensions as you will pull out your natural lashes.

Product Recommendations:

  • Revive7 or Plume Lash Growth Serum - Makes your lashes grow long and beautiful! This will help keep your natural lashes long and healthy while getting eyelash extensions.
  • Foaming Lash Cleanser: It is imperative to use a specially formulated lash cleanser to clean your lash line when you have extensions. This will prevent build up and bacteria growth!
  • Essential Cleansing Duo: Perfect for those needing a foaming lash cleanser and a brush to cleanse the lashes!
  • Ultimate After Care Kit: Perfect for those who love to wear eye makeup. Foaming cleanser, cleansing brush and lash safe makeup remover!
  • Keep lashes dry and do not get wet for 4 hours
  • Avoid steam rooms, saunas, hot yoga, and anything hot and steamy for 48 hours
  • Do not sleep facedown on your pillow, it can kink your new beautiful lash lift
  • Be gentle with your lashes

We recommend purchasing a lash conditioner like fashion lash to use at home after to keep your lashes nourished and healthy!

We recommend a patch test 48 hours prior to receiving hybrid brows.

  • Avoid water for 24 hours after your service, this allows product to settle and give you the best retention.
  • No fake tan, saunas or tanning beds: Ingredients in fake tanning products can react with your new brows. Sweating can also wash away the brows on your skin.
  • Avoid lotions and creams on your henna application as it can discolor your henna
  • Oil based makeup remover and products can cause the brows to fade quicker on the skin.
  • Use a recommended brow oil to prolong the life of the brows and moisturize the skin.
  • Pat don't rub. When drying your face rubbing can remove the brows on the skin quicker.
  • Do not get wet for 4 hours- this is so the brow treatment that is applied at the end can absorb into your hairs to keep them nourished and healthy
  • Brush your brows to the desired shape daily.
  • Avoid Steam rooms, saunas, hot yoga for 24-48 hours.
  • Apply a nourishing conditioner to your brows daily.

Immediately After Treatment:

  • Avoid touching the treated area to prevent the spread of bacteria.
  • Stay away from direct sunlight, tanning beds, saunas, and steam rooms for at least 24 hours.
  • Refrain from applying makeup on the brows for at least 24 hours to prevent irritation.

Ongoing Care:

  • Gently cleanse the area daily, but avoid exfoliating or harsh cleansers for at least 48 hours.
  • Apply a soothing gel like aloe vera if you experience any redness or irritation.
  • To maintain the tint, avoid using oil-based facial products around the brows.

Additional Tips:

  • Schedule touch-up appointments every 3-6 weeks to maintain the tint and shape.
  • If you notice any unusual reactions, contact us or seek medical attention.
  • Use a gentle cleanser with warm water
  • Do not use Salicylic Acid or Benzoyl Peroxide for 5 days after
  • Avoid sun and use SPF
  • Avoid makeup and clean your makeup brushes (say no to bacteria)
  • No waxing for 7 days
  • Avoid exercise/heat/excessive sweating for 24-48 hours

Recommended maintenance appointments every 4 weeks!

⚠️ Important:

Make sure to have a thin layer of Aquaphor on your brows for 4-7 days. You may have to only apply 1x/day or 3x/day, but always have a thin layer on the brows until the scabbing phase is done (approx 4-7 days).

  1. Before you go to sleep, wash your brows with your fingers and warm water; then gently apply a thin layer of Aquaphor.
  2. Applying a thicker layer of Aquaphor before showering is most important because it will create a protective barrier and prevent any shower products from getting into the brow area.
  3. Keep ALL products (except Aquaphor) off of the brow area for seven days or until your brows are fully healed.
  4. Avoid hot tubs, saunas, hot water and excessive workouts for seven days. We do not want to irritate the brow area.
  5. Keep out of direct sunlight for at least one week. If you are in the sunshine more than the average person, or you are going on a hot vacation, getting a tube of Blistex with SPF and will protect your brows from fading.
  6. Avoid picking, rubbing and touching the brow area until it is entirely healed.
  7. The most important thing to remember is keep your brow area as clean as possible. If you follow these aftercare instructions your healing period will be a breeze
  1. Do not drink hot beverages for 24 hours after the procedure
  2. Rinse with warm water and mild soap am and pm
  3. Apply aquaphor whenever you feel dryness for the next 7 days. Make sure lips stay moisturized.
  4. Apply SPF protection (ex. blistex with SPF)
  5. Do not exfoliate lips
  6. Do not pick any scabs that form
  7. Avoid alcohol for 24-48 hours post procedure
  8. The most important thing to remember is keep your lip area as clean as possible. If you follow these aftercare instructions your healing period will be a breeze.

⚠️ Note:

Your lips will be quite swollen for the first 24 hours. Please be mindful of this an plan your schedule accordingly

  1. Rinse with warm water and mild soap am and pm
  2. No makeup and no washing with face cleansers for the next 5-7 days
  3. Remember to keep the eye area clean and try not to touch the area with liner
  4. No picking or rubbing
  5. Can apply a very fine layer of aquaphor if eyes are dry.
  6. Do not get lash extensions or lash services for at least 4 weeks after procedure to allow your eyes to heal properly.

It is imperative to keep the eye area clean and away from harsh products while they are healing.
