We are an eyelash salon that specializes in everything lashes and brows!
We do everything from lash extensions to lash perms and tints, brow tints to brow henna to brow lamination to semi-permanent brows. We have also added facials and masks to our services!
For the extensions themselves, we adhere one or more synthetic eyelash extensions to your individual natural lashes, with a cyanoacrylate based adhesive. We promise to provide our clients with clean, quality and custom lashes that will not damage your natural lashes.
Your appointment time will vary depending on the technician and the type of appointment you book. A full set of lashes runs anywhere from 2-3 hours and fills are typically 1-2.5 hours.
Any semi-permanent brows will be between 2-3 hours.
Lash lift and tints are 1 hour and 15 mins.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. If you are unable to provide us with 24 hours notice, we will charge 50% of the appointment to a maximum of $80. If you are able to provide us with at least 24 hours notice, there will be no charge. No show appointments are subject to 100% of the appointment cost.
We may ask for a credit card on file as part of our cancellation policy. Some appointments will require a deposit of $1 or more, depending on service and will be deducted from the total amount. All the credit cards are encrypted in our system securely.
We have a variety of lashes that are customizable to every client's needs:
Classic lashes are 1 thicker lash to one natural lash. This is our most natural set, but can be quite dramatic as well
XL is our signature set where we adhere 2 thinner extensions to one natural lash. This creates more density in the lash line and the client gets 2x the amount of lashes! We can also make this set look natural or dramatic.
Baddie Our own style of lashes. For those that like a more texturized set of lashes! It is more than XL and Hybrid but less than volume. We can really get fun with this set of lashes! Want a more texturized strip lash look? We can do that! Want more even looking lashes? We can do that! Have some fun and try a Baddie set!
Volume is our full look, where we adhere 2-6 even finer extensions to each natural lash! This gives you that very full fabulous look!
Mega Volume the most full you can get. Use 8-20 lashes per natural lash to give you a very full Mega look! For those wanting drama in their lashes, this is the set for you!
Hybrid lashes are a mix of classic lashes and volume lashes that gives you a texturized beautiful look! Want a look that is more texturized (think Kim K)? Hybrid is your best set to achieve that look!
Eyelash extensions are great for vacation but if you are looking for something very last minute; chances are we might not have an opening.
If we can offer you a different service, we will do our best to accommodate and see if we have time for a mini set or a lash lift!
All of the extensions we use are a synthetic mink (never real mink).
The main ingredient used in lash adhesives is cyanoacrylate (found in superglue) and carbon black (found in black eyeliners and black mascaras). All adhesives are latex free. If you have a sensitivity or allergy to carbon black, we do carry an adhesive that does not contain the carbon black.
Unfortunately, allergies can occur with extensions. We will ask you a series of questions when you book your appointment. If you have had a reaction to extensions before and it was a true allergy, you will unfortunately not be able to continue getting extensions. The more you are exposed to the allergen, the more severe your reactions will be. Even if you have taken a break from extensions for 1 year or 2, you will most likely react after a couple of appointments.
For those who are allergic to the adhesive, we do have other options, like a lash lift!
We carry a couple different options of lash growth serums that will grow your natural lashes. Use that with a lift and tint and you will not be disappointed!
We can book you in for a complimentary consultation with one of our brow techs and see what kind of options are available for you!
Are you nervous about the pain? We do use 2 different types of numbing cream throughout the procedure. Most clients do experience some pain during the procedure, but we do take breaks and numb throughout the process.
Are you nervous about the look of new brows? If you are nervous about how a powder brow will look (more of a filled in brow look) we can do a henna treatment on you as a trial brow. Henna brows are awesome as the skin and hairs are stained to give your brow a more filled in, full look. And they are temporary. It is a great way to try out the look of a more filled in brow before making that commitment!
Our fill policy in regard to other technician's work, is that we will fill on the work if it is up to our standards. We will most likely ask that you come in for a lash consult and one of our technicians can look over your lashes to see if it is something we can fill. If it is, we will book you in for a fill! If our technician looks over the work, and it is not up to our standards, we will have to book you for a removal and a full set of lashes. However, if you do book a full set of lashes right after a removal, we do not charge for the removal!
We have added specific appointments to our schedule in order to accommodate fills from other salons. Please book the correct appointment if you are coming to see us from another salon or technician outside of the company.
